Headquartered in London, Robert Walters Plc is one of the world's largest professional recruitment consultancies with 23 offices in 13 countries spanning 5 continents. It sends mission-critical legal documents from its London HQ to offices all over the world on a daily basis and therefore the reliability of its international courier provider is vital to the group's success.

Robert Walters enlisted ICC to assist in the selection of a new international courier provider when its existing supplier (the biggest name in the business) was repeatedly failing in terms of service.
